Standard terms governing the use of Old School T-Shirts, purchases, custom printing, and store policies.
1. USE OF STORE & ELIGIBILITY
By accessing or using Old School T-Shirts ("the store", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the store. You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under parental supervision.
2. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
We strive to display garment colors, graphics, and descriptions accurately. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify product availability at any time.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders placed on the store represent an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to decline orders in cases of stock unavailability or technical errors.
5. CUSTOM ARTWORK & USER CONTENT
User Rights & Intellectual Property Representation
When uploading custom artwork, linocut images, or text through our Customizer tool, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights, trademark permissions, or licenses for the submitted media.
The store does not claim ownership of user-uploaded artwork. However, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any custom print order containing trademarked logos, artist graphics, protected merchandise imagery, or illegal/defamatory material.
6. STORE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original illustrations, linocut designs, brand logos, website graphics, and text created by Old School T-Shirts are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Old School T-Shirts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or product purchases. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
