1. STORE OPERATOR & ACCEPTANCE
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Old School T-Shirts storefront and your purchases of standard and custom graphic apparel products. By placing an order or using our custom studio editor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS & PRICES
All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in Euros (€). Applicable taxes and shipping costs are detailed during checkout based on destination and regional requirements.
3. CUSTOM ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY
When uploading artwork to our customizer studio, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the copyright or hold valid commercial licenses/permissions for the artwork, logos, and typography uploaded.
- The content does not infringe upon any third party's trademark, copyright, privacy, or proprietary rights.
- The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, hate-speech, or prohibited material.
We reserve the right to decline print fulfillment for uploaded designs that violate intellectual property or content policy guidelines.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT
An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed via Stripe. Printed items are produced on-demand following order confirmation. Normal manufacturing print tolerances (±1-2 cm placement shift) apply to direct-to-garment (DTG) apparel printing.
