This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected when you browse, create an account, purchase products, upload custom artwork, or subscribe to marketing emails on Old School T-Shirts ("the store", "we", "us").

We process your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We process the following categories of information where applicable:

• Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when registering or updating your profile.
• Order & Checkout Data: Shipping destination address, billing details, and item purchase history.
• Newsletter Subscription Data: Email address and signup source (`FOOTER`, `POPUP`, `CHECKOUT`).
• Custom Artwork Uploads: Image files uploaded through our Customizer tool to process customized orders.
• Technical & Session Cookies: Functional session tokens and browser preference markers.

We process personal data with essential infrastructure service providers required to operate the store:

• Supabase: Database and user authentication service.
• Stripe: Payment processing gateway. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards.
• Brevo: Email distribution provider. Email addresses may be synchronized with Brevo when active for newsletter management.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored for subscription management. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us at info@oldschooltshirts.shop.

Uploaded custom artwork is stored securely in application storage to process your order and is not published publicly by default.

We use functional local storage keys (such as `ost_recently_viewed_products`, `ost_newsletter_popup_dismissed_at`, and `ost_newsletter_subscribed`) to store user interface choices and recently viewed product history locally in your browser without cross-device profiling.
